ऐट द पॉइन्ट

मेहनत और लगातार मेहनत, दिन-रात काम में लगे रहने के बाद भी कुछ नहीं हो रहा, बस वहीं के वहीं। अचानक से काम करने का पूरा उत्साह और फिर जब मेहनत सही रिजल्ट की ओर न ले जाए तब निराशा सारे उत्साह को धूमिल कर देती है।
सुबह से शाम और शाम से रात, वही सारे काम, वही दिनचर्या, वही सबकुछ...। "रोज-रोज की यह दिनचर्या कितनी बोझिल होती है। आपका क्या हाल है दीदी?" मैंने अपनी चचेरी बहन से फ़ोन पर बात करते हुए पूछा जो कस्बाई क्षेत्र में रहती हैं और उनके खेत हैं।
"ठीक ही है, काम से फुर्सत कहाँ, अपनी नातिन के लिये क्रोशिया से उसकी ड्रेस को सुंदर बनाने का काम भी मिला है", उन्होंने हँसते हुए कहा था।
हमेशा बिजी रहने वाले लोग और हर हाल में हँसते रहने वाले भी, हालांकि उनके आँसू भी दिखे हैं। प्रेरणा हमारे जीवन में किसी मोटिवेशनल स्पीच से नहीं आती, ऐसे लोग जो हमारे आस-पास होते हैं, वही दे जाते हैं। हमें आत्मसात करना होता है। आम दिनचर्या में भी ऐट द पॉइंट की जरूरत होती है, मैनेजमेंट कब, क्या और कैसे। हालांकि कई बार समय हमारे हिसाब से नहीं होता, कई बार हम स्वयं या लोग    काम के हिसाब से नहीं होते। कोई बात नहीं, थोड़ा फेरबदल चलता है, लेकिन हमें काम को क्रमवार करने की जरूरत होती है। सिर्फ सोच तो बस हमारे दिमाग के कोने में खाली पड़ी रह जाती है और उत्साह धीरे-धीरे आग की तरह ठंढी।

At the point

Hard work and constant hard work, nothing is happening even after being engaged in work day and night, just right there.  All the excitement of working suddenly and then when the hard work does not lead to the right result, then the disappointment tarnishes all the enthusiasm.
Morning to evening and evening to night, all the same work, same routine, same thing….  "How cumbersome this daily routine is. How are you, sister?"  I asked while talking on the phone to my cousin, who lives in the town area and has farms.
"Well, where is the time for work, I got the job of making dress beautiful for my granddaughter by Crosia work", she said with a laugh.
People who are always busy and also laughing in every situation, though their tears are also seen.  Inspiration does not come from any motivational speech in our life, people who are around us give it only.  We have to assimilate.  Common routine also requires at the point, management when, what and how.  Although many times the time is not according to us, sometimes we are not according to our work or people.  No problem, a little shuffling goes on, but we need to sort the work sequentially.  Just thinking remains empty in the corner of our mind and enthusiasm slowly frost like fire.
