हम बदलना चाहते हैं या बदलाव

आंतरिक इच्छाएँ जो भी हो, लेकिन इच्छाओं का पूरा हो जाना शायद ही होता है। हम अपेक्षाएँ करते हैं कि सबकुछ हमारे अनुरूप हो, हम जो चाहें वही हो। ऐसा नहीं होता क्योंकि, सामने वाले की अपनी इच्छा होती है और दो विपरीत विचारों का सामना होने पर सिर्फ टकराव की स्थिति ही बनती है। कार्यक्षेत्र में भी विपरीत विचारों का टकराव आम बात है और सबसे ऊपर है खुद को सर्वोच्च साबित करने की होड़। 

ऐसे ही अपने काम को लेकर परेशानी थी, अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन अनिवार्य होता है, तभी भविष्य भी सुरक्षित हो पाता है। मुझमें कॉम्पटीशन की कमी है, जो है सब ठीक, जो जैसा है वह भी ठीक और शायद इसलिये केन्द्रबिंदु रहना न हुआ। एक फ़िल्म याद आती है- ' कथा' नसरूद्दीन शाह ने जिस पात्र को निभाया वह भले ही खरगोश और कछुए की दौड़ में कछुए का था, लेकिन अब समय थोड़ा बदल गया है। अब खरगोश सजग रहते हैं, उन्होंने सीख ले ली है। हाँ, कछुए भी अपने काम में निरंतर हैं। खैर जो भी हो, यहाँ चुकि अपने काम की निरंतरता और परफेक्शन की है, तो यह जरूरी होगा कि कॉम्पटीशन का हिस्सा बने। कॉम्पिटिशन भी दो प्रकार के होते हैं- एक भीतरी बदलाव और दूसरा हमेशा दूसरों के रास्ते में बाधा डालना। 

हमारे कॉम्पटीटर जब हमारी कमियों की ओर इशारा करते हैं, तब इससे बेहतर शिक्षा और नहीं, साथ ही जब हमारी खूबियों का मज़ाक बनाते हैं तब इससे बड़ी प्रशंशा क्या हो सकती है। हमारे भीतर का बदलाव ही हमारी सही राह हो सकती है, बाहरी दुनिया में बदलाव समय पर ही निर्भर हो पाते हैं।  जब हमारा मन शान्त, स्थिर होगा तभी अपने काम के लिये तैयार हो पाएगा। क्योंकि जीवन के लिए ख़रगोश और कछुआ दोनों ही जरूरी हिस्सा हैं।

 Whatever the internal desires are, but the desires are rarely fulfilled.  We expect everything to suit us, be what we want.  This does not happen because, the front has its own will and only two confrontational situations are created when confronted by two opposing views.  Conflict of opposing views is common even in the field of work and above all the competition to prove oneself supreme.

 There was a problem with his work, his best performance is mandatory, only then the future is secured.  I lack competition, which is all right, whatever it is, it is also fine and therefore it did not remain the centerpiece.  There is a film named 'Katha',  Nasruddin Shah played the character, even though he was a turtle in the race of rabbit and turtle, but now the time has changed a bit.  Now the rabbits are aware, they have learned.  Yes, turtles are also persistent in their work.  Well, whatever is here, because of the continuity and perfection of his work, it will be necessary to be a part of competition.  Competition is also of two types - one internal change and the other always obstructing the way of others.

 When our competitors point towards our shortcomings, then there is no better education than this, as well as when we make fun of our strengths, then what can be a great admiration.  Change within us can be our right path, changes in the outside world are dependent on time only.  When our mind is calm and stable, then only we will be ready for our work.  Because both rabbit and tortoise are an essential part of life.
