एक चूहे से भेंट
नन्हे ने शायद ही सोचा होगा कि वे कैद में होंगे...दिनभर कैद में ही रहे, उन्हें भोजन भी मिला और रात में आज़ाद हुए। 14 साल की उम्र में मैंने एक बाल कहानी लिखी थी- 'एक चूहे से भेंट' जो प्रकाशित भी हुई थी। तब वह सिर्फ एक कहानी थी, कोरी कल्पना। लेकिन वास्तविक जीवन में नन्हे चूहे से मिलना और मूक संवाद होगा यह तब कहाँ मालूम था। हालांकि यदाकदा चूहे घर में आते और उन्हें पकड़कर बाहर निकाल दिया जाता था, फिर भी वे वापस आते रहे। एक बार प्रवास में अकेले रहना और सिर्फ काम के बोझिल दिनों में चूहे ने साथ दिया था। कंप्यूटर के की-बोर्ड पर दौड़ता मेरी उँगलियों को सहला जाता। दिनभर सिर्फ अपनी उपस्थिति बताता रहा और जब मुझे वह जगह छोड़नी थी तब चूहे ने शायद जान लिया और मुझसे पूर्व उसने कहीं और निकल जाना बेहतर समझा।
हमारी कल्पनाओं को आकार भी मिलेगा यह बात कहाँ समझ आ पाती है। कोई छोटी सी चीज भी बड़ी खुशियां दे जाती है। जीवन के लिये आधार होना बहुत जरूरी है। एक बहाना हो वर्ना तो सारी ख्वाहिशें अधूरी है।

Meeting a mouse
Nanhe could hardly have thought that he would be in captivity ... he remained in captivity all day, he also got food and was free at night. At the age of 14, I wrote a children's story - 'Meeting a mouse' which was published. Then that was just a story, blank imagination. But in real life it was known that meeting the little mouse and there would be silent dialogue. Although the mice would occasionally come into the house and be caught and thrown out, they kept coming back. Once alone in the stay and only during the cumbersome days of work, the rat supported me. My fingers used to run on the computer keyboard. Throughout the day, he kept telling his presence and when I had to leave that place, the rat probably knew and before me he thought it better to go somewhere else.
It is possible to understand where our imaginations will also get shape. Even a small thing gives great happiness. It is very important to have a foundation for life. If there is an excuse, then all the desires are incomplete.
